What is one thing you wish someone had told you before your first semester at Nebraska?

I wish someone made it clear to me that you aren't going to have everything figured out right out the gate. You are going to fail but you must be able to get back up and keep pushing toward the goal that you have put so much time into to getting your degree.

What is your go-to way to reset during a stressful week?

I intentionally step away from all the work I have so I can give my brain a refresh. Those main things to do is to go rock-climbing, go on a run, or if I don't have much time I'll call my family and see what their doing to help take my brain off of what's going on in the moment.

What is one small habit that helps you stay on track?

One habit that helps me stay on track is to make sure I have my phone shut off and away from me or on DND so I won't get distracted by notifications. I also try and fine a nice and quiet space as to not be interrupted by friends trying to talk to me.

Where is your favorite place on campus to spend time and why?

My favorite place on campus to spend time is either the library while I'm trying to get work done, or I really enjoy going rock climbing in the outdoors adventures building.

What is one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

One thing that people are surprised to learn about me is how much I enjoy watching formula 1.
