Of all the jobs you could have on campus, what made you want to be a CAST Peer Mentor?
I choose to be a CAST Peer Mentor because the program made a huge impact on me as a freshman and I want to continue helping first-gen students feel like they have a place on campus and they can be successful here, even though it can feel impossible at times.
If you could learn any skill or craft instantly, what would it be?
Sewing so I could do some cool up-cycling with my old clothes

What’s your favorite place on campus—and why?
The Love Library garden because it's beautiful in the spring and the trees provide shade to lay in with a book as mentioned above

What's one thing you wish you had known before starting college?
Getting involved is great but it's important to rest and take time for yourself too!
